SixOne3 Rider's is a group of family & friends who enjoy spending time with others and appreciating the good in life, one of those good things in life that we appreciate are the volunteers who take time out of their busy schedules to care for our family & friends when we are unable too. These volunteers care day in and day out for our loved ones who are battling cancer.

 

SixOne3's Ride 4 Mom came into the makings during a motorcycle ride with my husband just after a loved one passed away. I had commented and said "I have yet to see a ride for mom in the area, we have been to ride for dad, ride for paws but no ride for mom's"". Then SixOne3's Ride 4 Mom was created. My first year out riding solo I met my best friend Christine, she had told me she is a survivor of leukemia which struck another idea, let's change the "for" to the number "4" and have 4 cancers that mean alot to everyone in our SixOne3 Riders group which are, Breast Cancer, Leukemia, Brain Cancer & Heart Disease, from there I realized how much those volunteers took the time out of their busy day to care for our loved ones when we simply could not be there and it is them we owe our gratitude and appreciation too! If it was not for our volunteers how else could we have got through this.
